    I've worked with Tyler Johnson since 2001 when he took over his father's business. I was born in Walnut Creek and grew up in Concord. I have had my insurance license since I was 19 and recently obtained my Life & Health license. It excites me to be working with families in our community who are just like my own. I’m really passionate about animals. When not working, you can find me with friends or taking long walks with my dogs. I work out regularly and participate every year in the Avon walk for breast cancer.

I am a member of the Contra Costa Blue Star Moms Chapter 20. I have been working here 20 years, so I have a very long history with the customers and they depend on me. I love helping the new "out of state" customers get settled into Bay Area life. I enjoy taking road trips to visit family & friends. I love talking about my dogs, a golden retriever and a golden doodle, working on my house and I love spending weekends cooking and trying out new recipes. I love playing video games. I also attend the Avon Breast Cancer walk every year to support Kathleen's Krusaders walking in memory of my sister.

    I have been working in the insurance business since 1997, specializing in the personal finance side of the business. I grew up in a small town on the edge of the Adirondack Mountains in New York State. My undergraduate studies began at Syracuse University and were completed at the University of Houston after a few years of break. I most enjoy working with individuals and couples to solve their pressing financial need. I really like finding the key to creating a successful outcome for the customers, whether it is helping them select their life insurance, financial portfolio, or other aspect to the financial strategy I enjoy spending my free time with my long-term life partner Mary Tuchscherer out in the various towns of the east bay enjoying shopping, a casual meal, or a movie. My guilty pleasure is to play cards at one of the local card rooms. My partner Mary created and manages a non-profit called VoiceFlame and I enjoy assisting her with that in any way that I can.
